Appointment Cancellations (1:1 Platform Training Sessions)
Client-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.
Support-Initiated Cancellations
- If the support cancels the session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
Subscription Cancellations
Monthly or annual plans may be canceled anytime. Upon cancellation, accounts are deactivated immediately and scheduled for deletion, with full removal occurring after a 14-day period.
Refunds for unused sessions within a package are not guaranteed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur fees based on team availability.
Technical Issues
If sessions are disrupted due to technical difficulties, the company will reschedule or refund.
